    Hi there

My iPhone 5S was stolen yesterday and there were some very important WhatsApp conversations.

I've logged into iCloud and I can see that there is a 700MB storage of WhatsApp data but I have no idea how I can even download it, let alone decrypt it.

I've tried some third party apps such as [redacted]but they see no backups I can download. I think this means that the Whatsapp conversations are not backed up, but like..current data? Does that make any sense?

Any idea about what I can do?

If you did not make a backup of your iPhone 5S prior to it being stolen then assume the data is not retrievable.
