    I hit the voice over and the button now when I turn on phone to use it wants my thumb print I did not set this up I put in the 4 digit password but it does not work at this time wants my thumb print

    What does Voice Over have to do with TouchID seeking your fingerprint to gain access to the device? I don't have voice over enabled, but yet, I do have TouchID enabled. Having said that, if you did not set up Touch ID, it should NOT be asking for your fingerprint, and if it is, then someone enabled TouchID and had a fingerprint scanned.
