Why did my Ringtones from Zedge disappear?

I had gotten a few ringtones from Zedge last week, and yesturday (Monday May 24th here on the east coast) I had discovered that they were gone from my iphone 5. I have no idea why. I didn't get a new update, nor did I reset anything. When I tried to get them again from Zedge it goes to the page wher I can download, send to email or use the QR scanner. Then nothing happens like it did before. Help me please.
