Unable to download app

I get message "unable to download app" Podcastscould not be downloaded at this time. It comes up all the time on my new iPhone6. How can I fix this?

This problem is happening only when you want to download podcast or anything one?

Make sure your wifi/cellular signal is strong. Also try a hard reset.
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
