Why does my iPhone 5S only show AT&T signal with no lte or 4g?

so I have an iPhone 5s on AT&T with mobile share value plan but my phone doesn't show any data available. I only have the AT&T singal with no Lte or 4g displayed. I have tried resetting network settings, removing sim, and even restoring my phone but none have work. My data is available but my iPhone doesn't show it!

Go to Settings > Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is enabled. If it "is" enabled, try disabling it and then re-enable it.
