how do I sync my iphone 5s while getting rid of the error -54?

I can sync my phone to my pc sometimes, then the error comes up at the end of the sync. There is only 100 photos or so left to sync, what do I do?

I don't know, but if you have the time, start from scratch -- have iTunes download and install a fresh copy of iOS and then set up the device as new. Afterwards, sync and backup to iTunes.
