Iphone 5 is turning off randomly

I have an Iphone 5, is turning off randomly. I've changed the battery, updated the IOS and it still doing it, what can be happening?

Have you done a restore as new or from an old backup?

My old one used to to that and i changed the battery also and it was still acting up. i finally just got a new one from the Apple store and it was perfect till i upgraded to the 6 plus !
