I downloaded 8.1.3 and now I am unable to open a few apps on my iPhone 5, what could have happened?

Downloaded 8.1.3 and now I am unable to open a few apps on my Iphone 5

I downloaded 8.1.3 and everything seemed fine. the next morning I found apps not working. Facebook, pet rescue, Local weather app......etc

Are the apps updated to their latest versions? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the apps? Do that...

You may need to log back in to those apps. What does it show when you tap to open the apps? Any options?
