How do you take calendars from an old iphone and put it into itunes to put on iphone 5s?

The old iphone cannot go through icloud so i wish to go through itunes to take the calendars and put it onto my new iphone.

If you were syncing to iTunes before to a calendar on your computer, you would just need to sync the computer to iCloud and your phone as well.
