Yes... if the receiver is capable of being connected via Bluetooth... that would do it... or, directly via a cable from the phone to an input on the receiver... or use a phone dock that has an audio output you could cable into your receiver... Or you could get a device that connects to your receiver that is capable of being uses as a target for AirPlay...
