Can I block texts from all outside numbers so that I only receive messages from known numbers?

I would like to limit the texts/messages i get from unknown numbers. I only want to receive messages from numbers that are in my contact list. I do want to continue to block numbers that are in my current block list as well. Can i do this? Thank you.
