How do I get my new Apple ID to work?

My old apple id appears ehen trying to to itunes or download new apps, asking for passeord for lld id. Then tells me account is disabled yada yada. I have done what is asked but no positive results. So please help me end this so i can get on eith the unforgiving mighty forbidden fruit, wadayasay core can u handle it for me?
