My i-phone tells me GPS is disabled. How can I enable it?

I can't get my UBER or Weather because my GPS is disabled.

Settings>> Privacy>> Location Services>> Turn on if it's not...check app list and make sure apps you want to use Location Services are enabled... how to do that should be self-evident on the screen...
