How do I separate my calendars for all my different gmail accounts on Iphone and Ipad

How do I separate my calendars for all my different gmail accounts on Iphone and Ipad. I recently started work for a new company and they use gmail for their email accounts. I also have 2 gmail accounts I use for personal use. How can I just view my work calendar with out seeing all my personal calendars. Then second question is how to share just my work calendar with my fellow employees without them seeing my personal calendars as well? I would like to do this on My Iphone and Ipad, can someone please help?

If you want to continue to sync all the calendars to your iOS device all the time;
-Open your calendar app
-Select Calendars at the bottom
-deselect show All Gmail
-select only the calenders you want to view at that time.
