Why am I having problems sending a text message from new iPhone Plus?

i'm typnig text but some send , some dont , i really do not know why, i have changed the numbers from starting 44 to 0 to see if that helped but still won't send

There could be problems with your wireless carrier's network. I know that today I have been experiencing minor issues with sending messages via iMessage, but that has only been today. I've gotten a few errors indicating that the iMessage and/or SMS message could not be sent, but a second attempt proved successful. It's only been happening today so I assume it's a problem either with Verizon Wireless or with Apple. Anyway, you can try going to Settings - General - Reset and then select "Reset Network Settings" to see if that'll help.

I am on verizon since the update I have had nothing but problems with my device. I did a full wipe of the phone and backed out back up and since then fixed my messaging issues but still keep getting locked out of iCloud and having to restore my apple ID
