How can I recover deleted videos?

i sent a friend some videos then deleted them, the quality is horrible on her ipod, but i cant resend them since i deleted them. i still have them under imessage but it wont let me save them. i dont have ios 8 so what should i do??

Quality goes down when sent through message to reduced data.

Do you have My Stream enabled? They should be in there

Also, if they were small enough to send iMessage, you could forward them to your email address, then maybe save from there. You might need to turn iMessage off first, then forward as MMS to your email address. Then turn iMessage back on.
