How do I change picture on here?

Can I change my display pic on here from mobile or do I have too go on a pc too change it?

You can go to the iMore site on your iPhone and sign in, then go to account, manage your account and select change avatar on the bottom of the picture. Welcome to iMore....ENJOY

Or if you have the iMore app: Back Arrow at the top left of screen > Account > click on the Avatar Picture.
