After my iPhone 4s 16GB with iOS 6.1.3 got slightly wet I started having problems with the earspeaker.
I've changed it and it went better, but the volume was still low.
Then I've changed also the earspeaker cover, but when I restarted the phone I've started having problems with the touchscreen. The lowest part of it is almost unworking.
Even if I never changed the earspeaker cover itself before, I'm used to these kinds of work on every iPhone models and I have never had such problems.
Can someone help me?

First of all, the full effects of water damage can take time to appear, and s impossibly what's happening in your regard. It is also possible that you may have reattached the touchscreen improperly. I don't know, but if you haven't already, retrace your steps to make sure you did everything correctly. If you're confident that you have, it may be time to replace your iPhone 4S.
