i am stuck on itune logo can any body help ?

hi guyz
i updated my iphone 4 onn ios 7 it restarts and get over the select language screen i selected the language then the country after selecting country it says that connect to itunes when i connect to itunes on my laptop so itunes says says "There is a problem with your iPhone."
can any bod help ?

While it is connected to iTunes, select to restore it. In case it is a bad iOS download, turn off your device while still connected to your computer & iTunes. Put the device in DFU mode (You won't see anything on your iPhone retina display). After iTunes detects that your device is in recovery, select to restore it.
