Any idea why my iPhone 5 (iOS 7.1.2) won't sync with my Outlook calendar?

Any idea what the problem is- my iphone 5 ios 7.1.2 wont view any of my outlook calendar appointments/events. nothing at all. mail works fine. If I create an event in the calendar it will show up on phone, but not on computer outlook. I have shut off, rebboted, reinstalled account multiple times and nothing working. Help!

Hi,

Some people experience similar issue when on iPhone 5, 5S and iPad Air. Exchange sync works only when 2 Weeks of recent data is synchronized. It is something to do with amount of requests iOS sends to the server and as result Exchange blocks/deactivate device.
