App Not Appearing in Setting

The instructions to log-in to an app require me to go to "Settings" on my iPhone, scroll down to the bottom, and click on the app's name. The problem is that the app is not appearing in settings. Any idea how to get it to appear in settings? Thanks in advance.

I think the app might be asking you to log in using Facebook or twitter in which case you have to "authorise" it. Go to settings --> twitter or Facebook and authorise the app for using that info to log in.
Or maybe go to the app settings itself (not the phone one) but I think it can be the first option.
