Keeping email out of trash folder

When I send a friend with a 4S phone, my emails go into her trash folder.
What can she do to fix this?

They setup a filter to do that.

They need to remove the filter.

And under assumption that the maybe is that they did not your friend may want to delete the acct and reboot and re add the acct. don't worry your friend won't lose anything. Ask first if they set something up to keep junk ail from going into inbox.

Is it just your emails or all emails?

There are options within iphone mail app to send deleted messages either to trash or archive.
