Found iPhone and couldn't locate owner to return it to.

I found an iPhone 4s on my campus last week. Have left it on and charging in case they used Find my iPhone.

Nobody has came yet, I factory reset it yesterday. Updated to 7.1.

Is there any way I can get this completely reset so my roommate can buy it off me to use since he lost his phone?
