How i can delete bookmarks from folder on ipad air ?? There is no any delete or edit button or i swipe to left/right but no reaction.

If you select the bookmark and open them up you can hit EDIT top right which will open them up. Hit the red negative and that will allow you to delete the bookmark.

If your referring to bookmarks created in Safari

Tap on the book icon on the bottom of the tray in Safari and when you see the bookmark you want to delete swipe left on the bookmark and you will encounter a Delete in red just tap and your done

Now you have 2 ways to do it although Katarans is quicker than mine but they both work.
