iCloud Tabs not syncing

Hi everyone. For the past few weeks now my iCloud tabs on Safari that were on my MBP have disappeared on my iPad Air and iPhone 5s. What this means is that in Safari on my iPhone and iPad nothing shows up. Is there an easy fix for this? My MBP is running OS X 10.9 Mavericks and my iPhone and iPad are running iOS 7.1 ,

No, I don't. My MBP is an October 2010 13" Intel Core 2 Duo. Could it be a hardware issue?
