hi i newly bought my new i phone 5s which is set the seller id apple now i want to change my id phone whiout losing these apps which was set whit his id

Apps are tied to the ID they were purchased with, so you'd have to purchase/download those apps again if you want to use another ID. Enjoy your new device!
