Ipad Recovery Help

I recently upgraded to ios 7.0.4 from a jailbroken ipad. I had several movies in my ifile folder. I backed up my ipad to itunes and when i restored it, the movies are gone because they were in a cydia app. Please help me find the movies that were located in the ifile folder. I am assuming that the new jailbreak hasnt been released yet? Thanks

Movies are not backed up via iTunes unless they are videos in your camera roll. At least that's my understanding.
