My phone was ringing, now I cannot hear it ringing? Help!

Look on the upper left side of your phone. There's a metal switch. If you CAN see the orange line, your volume is off. Flip the switch up to turn volume back on. Hope this solves the problem.

Also make sure you did not accidentally turn down the ringer itself if the mute switch is ok.
