Do you get all notifications from all phone apps when using cellular?

Folks who use cellular in AW, when you go out with just your watch, do you get notifications from all apps from your phone just like you get them on your AW, or is it limited to apps installed in the AW only?

For example, I use WhatsApp. Whenever I get a notification, I get it in my AW and I can respond back from AW. Will I get this same functionality when I am out and about with my AW only?

No. You get notifications from standalone apps but not those reliant on the phone. At least, that’s my experience.
