Looking for some advice if possible, Im currently using a Windows PC running Windows 8.1 with a screen resolution of either 1366x768 or 1024x768 due to low vision issues I have. Is this resolution possible on either of the Macbook Air or Macbook Pro 13 inch models?

Also, looking for recommendations on what size SSD drive and memory would be the best. It would be used for web browsing, watching Youtube Videos, streaming from different apps, creating/editing word and excel documents.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'd go to an AppleStore - get a GeniusBar appointment and have them demo the MacBook's Accessibility features to you so you can experience it firsthand, and have an idea of what would be best for you.

A MacBook will run at those or very similar resolutions but I agree that you should try one out first.
For those uses and MacBook will suffice even the lowest spec'd one.
