App store update issue

Anyone else having this issue with app updates only way I can get it to show update instead of open is restart the phone

im not sure whats up right now could be my isp wont be sure until i get in town later within my cellular coverage i also check it in itunes on my pc an it wont connect keeps telling me there was an error in the itunes store

Done several times I'm at work now an they did update still said open but said there was updates for them. this iPhone 5s with iOS 7.0.2 is still a little buggy in my opinion

Search the store for any apps that say that and you should see update there. It happened to me recently with Plants Vs. Zombies, it was showing the previous update not the current one. As per the blue dot: that is only on the home-screen after any updates not the App Store.

The issue has cleared up for me now hasn't happened for awhile now maybe it could have been a glitch on apples end
