Zap News...what's the deal?

Last night on late night TV I saw this commercial for a "Zap News" app for the iPhone. They went on about having their idea or something being stolen by CNN. I went to the app store but nothing for Zap News. I searched the net and most of the sites that even mention the app are malware traps. The only thing I could find are a few youtube videos of the same 2 guys going on about getting their app stolen and being pretty crazy about it. There is also a Facebook group but many people seem to think this is just a marketing ploy or something by CNN themselves. Anyone else seen this?

hadn't heard about it until now. so i googled "zap news iphone" and every link on the 1st page led me to a malware site. nothing good can come of this... i wouldn't bother searching any further. i'd guess this isn't something CNN would condone or market.
