Why isn't my Bluetooth hearing a selection of text?

Bluetooth not hearing selection of text

I have 2 phones. When I select a word and chose speech my 1 phone will say the word in my bluetooth. My second phone is just saying the selected word out loud on speaker, I shut off phone and restarted and forgot the device and paired again, I can not figure this out. This is my business phone I don't need some things said out loud. Thank you everyone.

compare audio and bluetooth settings on the phone that's working to the one that isn't and make them match...
