Why is the option to upload FB videos only when connected to Wi-Fi missing under settings?

iPhone, latest iOS, I think the option disappeared when I got the latest iOS, I know it used to be there.

Do you have the latest FB app installed? Have you checked the FB support site to see if it was removed with the latest app update?
