Why can I not send pictures from my phone?

My phone will not allow me to send pictures. When I send a text or an email it fails each and every time.

Try rebooting the phone by holing in both buttons until the Apple logo comes up.

If the reboot does not work, try to Reset Network Settings. Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
