When turning on iCloud library.. I get the following error.

Photos synced from iTunes will be removed
Syncing photos via itunes is not supported when iCloud is turned on.
10 photos will be removed.

my simple question... What photos will be removed?

You have a photo album from your computer that you probably synced one time when you had your phone connected to iTunes.

The error, as you've typed it, states what photos will be removed.
"Photos synced from iTunes will be removed".

The software has 10 photos about to be removed... What photos? how about a thumbnail or image number that would helpful.

Why don't you just look at the album in your photos app.
