Is anyone having problems getting the temperature from the “native Weather app” to display in any of the watch faces?

No, I have the same problem.

Okay, and thank you for replying. What’s really weird is when I add the temperature complication via the Watch app, it’ll display it is a very tiny font, as depicted in the attached screenshot. However, the temperature never displays on my watch face.

What I hate is the Clime app doesn’t work on all watch faces. If I ever get away from Carrot, that’s the app I’ll stick with.

Series 5 Watch, Simple face with Apple weather app bottom right. But this isn’t limited to dev beta. It was also doing this before I installed dev beta.

I too have a series 5 Watch, but I had not experienced any issues with the temperature displaying on any watch face until I installed watchOS 10.

Having said that, everything else with watchOS 10 works as they should.

Have you tried other weather apps? Do they all show a tiny temp? Or just the Apple Weather?

When I set Accuweather’s complication, the temperature displays on the watch face as it should. The issue appears limited to the native Weather app.

Are Location Services for the Weather app on the iPhone and Apple Watch enabled in the Settings app?

Of course. With that being said, I do see something in the settings on my Watch that I don’t recall seeing before. There are two listings for the native Weather app in the location Services section. One is set for “Always” just like on my iPhone and the other is set to “While Using”.

And that could be the reason why :)

Yeah, I’m thinking the same thing. I’ll more than likely rest my Watch later tonight or sometime tomorrow to see if the issue gets resolved. Thankfully, it’s a very minor issue.

Before resetting, try restarting both devices of course :)

I ended up resetting my Watch and then setting it up as new. Afterwards, I added a default city in the native Weather and now the temperature displays and displays in the correct font size.

This behavior is still not the norm for me because I’ve never had to set a default city in order for the temperature to display. I’m accustomed to having the temperature displayed for whatever location I happen to be by default.
