Those that have had phones repaired, how was your phone when it was returned?

Hello,
I sent my iPhone XS to Apple to have the battery replaced and I have questions.

Those that have had phones repaired......

How was your phone when it was returned?
Was it repaired properly?
Was there any damage done to the phone?

Besides the battery my phone was is pristine condition. No marks or blemishes.

Hi,

I had my iPhone 6s battery replaced, under recall, back in 2016.

The Apple store personnel took the phone, replaced the battery and returned it in person.

There was zero damage done by the team to the phone.

I also had my iPhone 6s battery replaced, but by an Authorized Apple repairer. It was perfect and took less than an hour.

I’m supposed to get mine back in the mail today. I’ve never had a phone repaired so no idea what to expect.
My SIL had my niece’s iPhone repaired a few time but not from an authorized repair place and it looked like crap.

When you have a hack doing the job don’t expect a pristine device in return

Phone looks perfect, got a brand new battery in it, plus just got a new iPhone SE.
