Sudden Extreme Battery Drain

Typically my AW4 goes 1.5-2 days on one charge. However, I noticed this morning around 10 am I was already down to 47% (was 100% when I left the house this morning.) I just checked on it again a few minutes ago and it was down in the low 20% area. Anyone else having some recent battery issue? Running 5.3.1 (16U600)

Are you on a beta? A few iOS 13 beta builds completely wrecked Apple Watch battery life.

To the best of my knowledge, no, i am not on a beta.

You may want to reset your Apple watch and see if that helps you first.

Will that erase my apps, face & complications setups?

I've had this issue occasionally (once every ten days to two weeks) on my S2 through the summer, and restarting the watch (i.e., turn it off and turn it on again) always solved it - until the next time it happened. I just did an erase/unpair and pair and set up as new cycle to see if that fixes it for good.

My wife and I ha e both experienced this over the past two days. Both not running beta (and haven’t run on Apple Watch). Lost 40% in two hours, no workouts or other major activity. Very strange.
