Not quite sure if needed, my iMac has been on for 166 days now, only sleeps but never turns off and works flawlessly. I only reboot my iPhone SE when needed, usually due to software updates.
My Apple products don't need frequent schedule reboots, can't tell you how many months my Airport Express has been on servicing impecable.

That's one of the things I love from Apple, they never need frequent reboots.

Can't say the same about my Windows laptop (work provided), it gets sluggish, and needs booting, rebooting, also every time an update (even minor) arrives, it asks for reboot.

'Never underestimate the power of reboot'
