I think I received a defective watch. I have an extremely hard time trying to change watch bands. I literally have to fight with the watch to get bands on and off. My battery life is also worse than my Series 6. I lose 15% battery overnight.

Does it sound possible to get a bad watch?

I ended up submitting a return:refund request and just ordering a new watch. Won’t get the band I wanted but will get the watch faster this way.

I think you made the smart move. Perhaps you can order the band you wanted separately?

Amazon is much cheaper for a band.

I already 3 regular nylon bands from eBay, 3 workout loops, and 3 outside work bands so I’m pretty good there.

Plus 7 cases for various reasons.

Battery life on my new watch is way better than the previous watch. Been waking up with an average of 94%.

Still have issues with the bands but it has to be the bands not the watch.
