Weather Bug has been my go to weather app for years haven't found any better apps yet.

A shame there's no easy way to create the link necessary for custom weather icon sets. There should be an easy way to do it on iPhone. I would do more artwork if that were possible.

I'm not sure why, but there has to be a reason just like with many apps that can't be made on an iPhone or iPad. Get in touch with Elizabeth2 and she can probably explain it a lot better.
