Please HELP! iPhone XS Battery Health issue

My main battery killer is onedrive. I didn’t think about plugging my phone in while using apps. Does it really help the life of the battery?

How do you know OneDrive is your battery killer? Do you use it a lot? Does it show in Settings> Battery a high % of your battery use? If you don't use that app a lot, and it shows a high % of use, then it may be the one. Facebook is one of my big battery killers. It shows using 27% while on screen 39 minutes. By comparison, TapaTalk shows only 8% while on screen the same 39 minutes.
