Photo Stream to PC

Hi Peps,

Ok, so I have my photo stream all switched on and all my iCloud settings. But one thing isn't happening for me and thats all the photo's I take from my idevices don't download to my computer.

My Mrs has on her laptop which is the same as mine in her pictures folder of windows 7 a folder called photo stream and she clicks in there and hay presto, all her photos are in there.

She says that she has a cloud icon down in her status bar in the bottom right. I don't have one of those.

Can someone help me out here. I did just do a fresh restore on my pc, but i didnt have one before and I just re-installed iTunes. I thought it would have been installed with iTunes.

Are photos coming through at full resolution now? I seem to recall that iCloud originally scaled images down to a smaller file size/ lesser quality. Been wondering if they fixed that with the latest release.
