On my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2, why do some apps open with a small screen centered?

I lost my mind with this problem, please anyone help me...... when i open some apps on iphone 4 ios 7.1.2 the size of the screen became very small and centered and i can do anything, i tried everthing, like safe mode with volume up, restore on phone and itunes, settings restore and nothing, please anyone help me, sorry about my english

If you have already tried all of those things, you should probably take it to an authorized service center.

What are "some apps"? The iPhone 4 is old now and some apps may not be formatted to fit properly. Do other apps work ok?

Hi, some apps like facebook, others iphone 4 with the same ios and the same version of app facebook work fine.
I'm trying to not go to a store, i need the phone i use some apps on my work and i have only this phone
nothing more i can do?
