notifications issue

just got my 5se last week but since i have problem with Telegram notifications sounds.
sometimes i got notifications sounds and sonetimes not .
since i am iphone user for many years so i did all the steps like : hard reset , soft reset , network reset and etc..
its the same , still have problem with telegram only and not any other apps.

I have this problem with Instagram, how is the visual notification but never sound. And I did check under notifications to make sure everything was on.

I'm not familiar with the Telegram app so I'm not sure how the notifications are supposed to work.

Have you reached out the app developer to see if they have a solution?

yes i did but they said that have to do with ios 10 update
