No in store pickup??

Is this true? After ordering online tonight..you have to have home or business delivery only?
I was looking forward to heading to Apple to pick it up.

"The Apple Watch release date is April 24th, but you cannot come in to the store to buy an Apple Watch. If you pre-order the Apple Watch online you can choose delivery to your home or business, but you cannot choose to pick it up in store"

I just watched an apple store try on video in Australia and he ended up going with the instore pickup purchase option after his try on session. I'm not sure if he has a guaranteed April 24th pick up date but he opted for that option because you pay when you pick up. He went for the sport black band option and it looked pretty bad a$$ blacked out!

That makes absolutely no sense. I swear I saw earlier in the week that Apple had it listed on their "Store" part of the website??
