my iPhone cannot connect to iTunes but detectable by my computer

i cannot connect to iTunes and sync. im using iPhone 4. i recently installed the new update for iTunes but before this happened, it was still ok. my iPhone was detected by my computer, when i open "this PC" there is the "Apple iPhone". I tried reinstalling iTunes, rebooting my iPhone, hard reset iPhone and restarting my laptop. still nothing happens

Have you tried using a different USB cable or a different USB port on your computer?
