Jailbreak + Syncing with iTunes?

Hello all. I jailbroke my iPhone 3GS last night and have done some rampant modding to it in the last eighteen hours or so (love the jailbroken "version").

My question is: will syncing my applications with iTunes delete the Jailbroken applications from my iPhone? Thanks!

Nope, syncing the apps w/ iTunes will backup all your non-jailbreak applications. If you end up restoring your phone you'll have to reinstall all your jailbreak apps, but beyond that they stay until you delete them.

Yep what he said ^^^ you can check out AppBackup on Cydia which backup and restore Jailbreak apps.
