Issue with watching videos and quick reply?

If I am watching a video on Facebook and get a text message pop up, the video goes black but continues to play. No matter what I do, I can't get it to show the image though the sound continues to work. Common issue with 8.0.2?

I don't recall what happened the last time I was watching a video of some sort and received a message and then opted to reply via QuickReply. I think the video paused/stopped playing. I know I was able to continue viewing the video afterwards without any problems.

It could be an issue with the Facebook app.
